Luke brings to the position a successful track record of more than 9 years that includes high-profile leadership positions and recognized sales achievements in the Finance and Insurance industries.

A frequent speaker and world class trainer, Luke specialises in forming strategic partnerships that add value to the customer relationship.

Prior to joining MyCRA, Luke most recently oversaw State-wide sales for Nexgen Australia, as well as managing Logistics and call centre staff.

Luke has been awarded several achievements during his years in Finance and Sales with his most recent success at Commonwealth Bank Australia, where he took out Ultimate Lender of the Year for the entire company and achieved 10/10 on all customer experience surveys.
