Lauren co-ordinates and oversees the smooth running of our busy Stafford office.
Being a law firm focused on credit reporting law requires efficiency and accuracy at all times. MyCRA Lawyers also handles large volumes of data which must be handled sensitively. Lauren’s management duties therefore involve implementing and supervising strict systems and procedures as well as coaching staff.
Lauren also provides extensive support to upper management, including reporting.
She has vast experience and success in customer service-related roles within the company, and because of this she is a terrific asset to the team in her current role.
“Although I am more ‘behind the scenes’ than I used to be, because I come from that customer service background, I can’t help but see my role through the customer’s eyes, and I am always striving to ensure our systems and procedures have, where possible, suit our customers first,” she says.
